The project needs stable high-level governing architecture plus flexible recursive entry points so David, Peter, and LLM reviewers can move up, down, and sideways across the project. The working process is Input -> Logic / Analysis -> Output: - Input: raw Peter comments, David ideas, screenshots, product research, incoming files, sketches, and questions. - Logic / Analysis: comparisons, constraints, system collisions, scorecards, pros/cons, LLM debate, and research. - Output: canonical LDD decisions, proposed LDD revisions, or formal project-management pages. Claude controls canonical LDD rewrites unless David explicitly overrides the lock.
