This page turns the Barndo documentation set into an execution board: what has to become real, who owns the next move, and which LDD or drawing controls the decision.

Claude controls canonical LDD edits. Codex and Gemini can audit, debate, plan, and propose changes. LDD rewrites require David to explicitly override the lock.

The LDDs are the canonical design bible. The Project Command page controls execution focus. Drawings and CAD become the professional translation layer. Audits and Watercooler remain commentary unless David explicitly promotes a change into the LDD source.
